Recipient Program

As a Certified Service Provider for Wigs for Kids I work directly with recipients in all matters related to the hairpiece, including measuring, fitting, and styling.

By filling out the Hair Donation form and including a print out of your barcode or the ID number with the donation, you will be notified when your hair is received.

Packages not containing a barcode/ID number are understood to be anonymous donations.
